For owners, GMs & operations leaders
A small hotel team.
A lot of calls to cover.
You've built a place guests want to stay. RealAlma is being built to help your team welcome them from the first phone call.
Our first US pilots
A good fit looks like this.
- 01
Independent US boutique hotels and small resorts
A property open year-round with roughly 40–150 rooms. Seasonal-only properties and large corporate chains, including Marriott, Hilton, and IHG, are outside this focus.
- 02
A direct booking path
Guests can call your publicly listed front-desk number and use a direct online booking engine on your own website.
- 03
You're investing in direct demand
You're actively running recent paid ads, such as Google Ads, that bring guests to your hotel's own booking website.
- 04
A decision-maker close to the desk
An owner, GM, or group operations director who can help shape the call flow and approve a focused pilot.
Already have a voice AI service taking guest calls? This first pilot is for hotels without a confirmed deployment. If you're unsure, we'll mark that as unknown and keep your hotel in consideration when the other criteria match.
Before we connect anything
Questions from the front desk.
Can we keep our current phone number?
That is the starting plan. We check whether your phone provider can route unanswered, busy, or after-hours calls to RealAlma. The routing and a fallback are tested before any guest calls are connected.
Will it work with our booking system?
We review your system first. A pilot can answer approved questions, capture a booking request, and guide a guest to your own booking website. Live prices, room availability, and confirmed bookings need a supported, authorized connection. We confirm that scope before setup.
What happens when a guest needs a person?
We agree which calls go to your team and who receives them. Complaints, group stays, special requests, and uncertain answers follow that route. If no one is available, the agreed fallback can capture a callback request.
Does RealAlma replace our front desk?
Your team stays in charge. Start with calls they cannot answer while helping guests, or calls outside your reservations hours. You choose the coverage, approved answers, and handoff rules.
How do we know whether a pilot helps?
Agree a baseline and review answered calls, booking requests, staff handoffs, and completed direct bookings where they can be verified. A booking link or request is reported separately from a confirmed stay.
What if we already use voice AI?
This first US pilot is for hotels without a confirmed voice AI deployment. If you are unsure what your phone service includes, we mark it as unknown and keep your hotel in consideration when the other criteria match.
One hotel. One clear starting point.
Show us how
your calls work.
We'll look at your phone number, booking website, and staff handoff. Then agree whether a small pilot makes sense.
