Website information
This website describes RealAlma’s conversion-automation services and available configuration options. It is general information, not a binding offer, service-level commitment, revenue promise, certification, or representation that a particular integration or workflow is available for every business.
Written service agreement required
An email, call, leak check, or website visit does not create a customer, agency, fiduciary, or other professional relationship. Scope, fees, onboarding, integrations, system access, data handling, support, service levels, cancellation, and responsibilities must be agreed separately in writing.
Service boundary
RealAlma provides technical review, implementation, integration, and workflow-automation services. It is not an advertising platform, payment processor, legal adviser, or substitute for the client’s sales and customer-service teams. Clients remain responsible for their offers, advertising accounts and claims, prices, customer communications, sales decisions, and access permissions.
Automation and communications limitations
Websites, forms, tracking tools, CRMs, messaging services, advertising platforms, hosting providers, and AI services can fail or become unavailable. Automated messages can be delayed, blocked, or misunderstood. Monitoring, testing, consent, human oversight, and fallback procedures must be defined for each client setup.
Leads and results
RealAlma does not guarantee advertising traffic, lead volume, appointment volume, completed sales, revenue, savings, or profit. Results depend on factors outside RealAlma’s control, including the client’s offer, market, budget, targeting, reputation, response process, and sales execution. Any test metric and decision rule must be agreed before a comparison is presented as evidence.
Customer authority and compliance
Clients are responsible for having authority to provide website, advertising, CRM, analytics, email, messaging, and other system access; contact leads and customers; and process submitted information. Each party remains responsible for the privacy, consumer, communications, advertising, employment, and data-protection duties that apply to it.
Messaging and third-party tools
Where enabled, RealAlma may connect a client’s authorized form, CRM, email, SMS, telephony, analytics, or advertising tools. RealAlma does not guarantee a third party’s availability, message delivery, attribution, or data accuracy. The client remains responsible for its provider accounts, usage charges, recipient consent, opt-out handling, and customer communications.
Privacy and cookies
Use of the website is also subject to the Privacy Policy and cookie notice. Optional cookies or similar tracking technologies will not be activated without the required choice. Necessary cookies may be used for security, administrator authentication, and remembering cookie preferences.
Location and applicable law
RealAlma’s registered office is at 27 Old Gloucester Street, London, WC1N 3AX, United Kingdom. These website terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without limiting mandatory rights that may apply to a visitor or customer under another applicable law.
