Who is responsible for your information
RealAlma’s registered office is at 27 Old Gloucester Street, London, WC1N 3AX, United Kingdom. For website inquiries, RealAlma determines why and how the information is used. When RealAlma handles calls or reservation information for a hotel, the written service agreement will define the hotel’s and RealAlma’s respective responsibilities. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to admin@realalma.com.
Information you provide
If you email, call, or book a meeting with RealAlma, we may receive the contact details, hotel information, call-handling requirements, and other business information you choose to provide. Do not send passwords, payment-card data, guest identity documents, health information, or other sensitive material through ordinary email.
Website and hotel-service records
Our hosting and communications providers may process standard technical records such as IP address, browser type, request time, device information, and security logs. During an authorized hotel service, call recordings, transcripts, guest contact details, requested stay dates, room preferences, handoff events, and booking outcomes are handled only under the hotel’s written configuration, notices, permissions, retention rules, and applicable law.
Anonymous website analytics
RealAlma uses Vercel Web Analytics to see anonymous, combined website statistics such as page views, visitor counts, referring sites, countries, browsers, and device types. It does not use third-party cookies, keep visitors’ IP addresses in the analytics dashboard, or show RealAlma the name, email address, or phone number of a visitor. Analytics records are not joined to hotel guest records. Do not place personal information in website URLs.
Purposes and lawful grounds
Information may be used to answer inquiries, take requested pre-contract steps, perform an agreed hotel service, support hotel staff, secure the website and systems, measure agreed call and booking outcomes, maintain business records, and meet legal obligations. Depending on the activity, processing may rely on consent, a contract, a legal obligation, vital interests, public interest, or a legitimate interest assessed against the person’s rights.
Service providers and disclosure
RealAlma may use hosting, email, telephony, speech, AI, messaging, scheduling, CRM, monitoring, and professional-service providers where needed to operate an agreed service. We do not sell personal information. Information may also be disclosed where required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a legitimate business reorganization subject to appropriate safeguards.
Retention and security
Records are retained only as reasonably needed for the stated purpose, contractual requirements, security, dispute resolution, or law. RealAlma uses proportionate organizational and technical safeguards, but no system is completely secure. Hotel-service retention periods will be documented in the applicable service configuration or agreement.
Your privacy rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask to be informed about processing, access your information, correct it, object to or restrict certain processing, request deletion or portability, withdraw consent, and raise a complaint with the Nigeria Data Protection Commission. To make a request, email admin@realalma.com. RealAlma may need to verify your identity and may retain records where law or another valid ground requires it.
International processing and changes
Providers may process information in countries other than Nigeria or your own country, subject to applicable contractual and legal safeguards. This notice may change as RealAlma’s service and legal obligations develop; the current version and its update date will be posted on this page.
